Do I need council approval?
Most of our homes are built on a registered trailer, which generally sits outside standard planning approval — though your council and site may have specific rules. We help you check before we start.
How long does a build take?
Typically 10–14 weeks from signed contract, depending on the model and customisations. We'll give you a firm date and stick to it.
Can I customise a floor plan?
Always. Our three models are starting points — we regularly adjust room layouts, decks, and finishes to suit how you live.
Do you deliver outside Shellharbour?
Yes — we regularly deliver across the Illawarra, South Coast, and Southern Highlands, and further afield on request.
What's included in the price?
Trailer, full build, fit-out, appliances, and delivery within the Illawarra. Solar, off-grid systems, and premium finishes are quoted separately so pricing stays transparent.
